Artist Bio

Nathalie Roland is a printmaking music nerd with a soft spot for cookies, comedians and tabby cats. She has been printmaking and picking out records for you since 1992 and has practiced her crafts in California, France and Japan.

Artist Inspiration

This print was inspired by nature, and propelled by eco-anxiety, Cervidae Arboreous is one in a print series depicting mutating animals. Flora and fauna fuse to survive the human impact and create a new mythology where nature is still revered.

Printed with archival-pigmented ink on 310gsm acid-free Hahnemühle German Etching paper, which has the subtle texture of an etching paper and a soft white tone. The print has been sprayed with a print shield to enhance resistance to damaging UV light, air pollutants, moisture, and fingerprints. Print Size is 6"x8” including the 0.5” border for framing.
