Ordering Information
Items will usually ship the next business once day the order is placed.
PayPal also accepts currency outside of the United States and we'll ship anywhere in the world. When you're in the shopping cart, if you don't see your country, pick a country nearest you to calculate shipping. .
If items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email.
You will receive an email when items are shipped so you know when to expect them! Paypal will send you a tracking number once we process your order. The tracking number does not update immediately, but, will update once you it gets to your local post office. So, don't be alarmed if the tracking number does not show up right away.
Shipping charges are calculated once you add the items to the cart depending on your location, (whether you're a domestic customer or international customer) and weight of the items. We have made significant improvements to shipping to be more accurate. We ship from Los Angeles, CA
All sales are final. There are no refunds. We're happy to offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn in perfect sellable conditions. This means wallets cannot be folded. Please email us at poketostore(at)poketo.com and let us know that you would like an exchange. Please add your order number and the reason for the exchange so that we can better serve you in the future. Package sent back without a prior email will not be accepted.
We will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly.
We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during check out.
All online transactions are free, simple, and secure using PayPal's reputable services.
Using PayPal is simple, and you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Just type in your shipping and payment information, and PayPal will process your order accordingly.
Please double check your mailing address that you submit to make sure it is current and correct.

Our showroom is open from Tuesday-Thursday from 11AM - 4PM by appointment only. You must have a valid resale license and be a retailer. Please email wholesale(at)poketo(dot)com to make an appointment and for more information.
Artist Inquiries
Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Poketo artist. Becoming a Poketo artist is on an invitation basis only. We don't have a submission process per se but feel free to send us an email with a link to your portfolio (No attachments please). Due to the number of emails we receive everyday from artists all over the world, we're sorry that we cannot reply to every email. But know that if we happen to like your work, you'll definitely hear from us! Thanks again everyone!
