Susie Ghahremani has two silent h’s in her last name, lives in Rhode Island (not a real island) and likes to make stuff. In her spare time, she enjoys such pastimes as trying to get an hour or two of sleep and running her arts/crafts website, boygirlparty.com. The tambourine bird featured on Susie’s Postal Service wallet design is a character she created for a line of t-shirts for the band earlier in the year. Like their music, in this image, nature and music collide to create softly patterned landscapes that are calming and mesmerizing.
