Please tell us a bit about the store when contacting us. What lines you carry, where it’s located, your resale certificate number, etc.

Items will usually ship the same business day once the order is placed. When placing an order, please use the email that you frequently check so that we can contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.
You will get the order confirmation once your order is processed along with your tracking information for U.S. and International Express Mail orders.
Please contact us with any questions regarding your order by selecting “Customer Support” in the contact form on the left. In most cases, we answer your email right away, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If you email us over the weekend, we will respond to you the following Monday.
- Shipping within the U.S.
We ship either by USPS or UPS depending on the location and weight of the items. We ship from Los Angeles, CA, USA. You will receive tracking information when your items are being shipped for all U.S customers and International customers who choose the “Express Mail” option. Please note that the tracking number does not update immediately so, don’t be alarmed if the tracking number does not show up right away on the USPS or UPS website.
If you’re in the Los Angeles, area, you can pick up your items at our store in downtown LA (see above for address and hours). Just be sure to email us at customerservice(at)poketo(dot)com to let us know when you’ll be picking it up and we’ll email you confirmation. We will refund your shipping cost upon pick-up.
Please check and re-check your mailing address before placing the order. We will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
- International Shipping
Simply add your items to the cart and shipping rates will be displayed. You can choose between “First Class” or “Express”. Please note that “First Class” provides no tracking and can take up to 8 weeks or longer. Once Poketo has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and Poketo cannot provide refunds if your item is lost.
You are responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. Please note that shipments can be held in customs for a long time and it’s totally out of Poketo’s control. The best thing would be to contact your local customs office directly. If you decide to refuse any shipments, Poketo will not grant refunds of any kind.
Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items from passing through customs. Poketo is not responsible if your items are held at customs, and we are also unable to provide refunds under such circumstances. If you are an international customer, please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order on USPS country restrictions regulations page

Returns & Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchanges for any items that are not completely satisfactory excluding shipping costs. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in perfect sellable condition and in their original packaging. This means wallets cannot be folded. Boxes cannot be torn open.
Sale items or items purchased using a discount code can only be given store credit. No exchanges or refunds will be given on Final Sale items.
Sorry, we don’t refund or accept returns on cameras, electronics, blind box furniture or toys.
Please contact us by selecting “Customer Support” in the contact form, stating your order number and the nature of the problem so that we can better serve you in the future. Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We don’t have a submission process per se but feel free to send us an email with a link to your portfolio by using our contact form.
