Tomorrow, August 14th, we’ll be celebrating the Poketo collection at a Target near you! What an amazing response we’ve been getting from y’all for Poketo at Target Day! We have you, our fans volunteering your time and energy for what will be an incredible nationwide event! Los Angeles CA, Lake Elsinore CA, San Diego CA, Richmond VA, Golden CO, Tucson AZ, Universal City TX, Tulsa OK, Dayton OH, Williamsburg VA, Brooklyn NY…. you’re all representing!

FYI, this is not an official Target event. This is something we are putting out to our fans. If you are a fan of Poketo and want to support and celebrate the Poketo artists and collection in Target, please feel free to join in. This is for no other reason than to get our fans and community together.

On Saturday, August 14th, to celebrate the the launch of Poketo’s new collection at Target, we are throwing a Poketo at Target Day Ice Cream Meet Up Party! In Los Angeles and New York we’ll be in front of Target with an ice cream truck and FREE ice cream for all of you!! Meet us, meet other Poketo fans, and enjoy some cool ice cream in this hot, hot summer.

Now, for those in other cities and towns, we want you to create organize your own meet up on the same day! Already, we have Poketo fans that are organizing in Tucson, AZ, Concord NC, Dayton OH, Williamsburg VA, Lakewood, CO, Irvine CA, and a bunch more that I will be posting the details shortly on this blog and Facebook.com/poketo.

On this Poketo at Target Day, we’ll be taking tons of pics and uploading all of the goodness on this one day. It’s gonna be massive! And we need you to be involved! Here are the details:

It’s simple, it can be 5 of your friends or 500, the idea is to go to your local Target on August 14th with friends, meet up other fans, take tons of pics and share with the world! We wish we could be in a million places at once, but, maybe this is the next best thing.

Beautiful, beautiful… from desert to beach, the drive from Cabo San Lucas to Playa de Tecolote is amazing. You pass through a couple of historic towns, Todos Santos (known for its incredible surfing) and La Paz. This time of year, it’s hot hot hot. Last we were there around this time, it was well over 100 degrees of dry and oppressive heat. But, the drive is amazing–narrow roads, valleys of cactus, desert,–and when you finally reach the Sea of Cortez and the turquoise waters of Playa de Tecolote…. amazing. Travel=Inspiration.
