The Art of The Hunt

Painted glass jug, by Tom Vadakan

You’ve been hearing and seeing a lot about the show we have at Space15Twenty. I’m happy to announce that we have extended Poketo & Kitsune Noir‘s “Los Angeles, I’m Yours” an extra week, the show will close officially on Saturday, May 22nd. We have been showing pics of the space, the art in all the little nooks and crannies, if you have not seen it, here you go! But, I also want to show you some of the pieces, in it’s pure form. You can see the artists took time, love, and care in making these once insignificant objects into valuable art. These are one of a kind, go and visit the show before they disappear.

Our dear friend, Chris Bettig of The Mountain Label

Everything from glassware to strange ceramic hands! Our artist peeps are coming in everyday, every hour, dropping off more and more… we are getting in over our heads!!

Brian Wade Scott and his killer ghetto blaster creations.

Saelee Oh showing me her new iphone case.

Cole Gerst did some amazing pieces made from what looks like vintage paint by numbers landscapes and then applied his own paper cut outs on top of. Wow.

Sarajo Frieden says hi to Nori.

Ashkahn and Heather drop off some killer record interpretations.

Find this man at Sondio Lengua. Did you see the performance he did with OJO at MOCA last summer?

Ye Rin Mok just got back from photographing Coachella for Nylon Magazine, Korea.

Bijan Berahimi painted on these amazing vintage mirrors. There is a bunch he did.
