Our Visit to Minneapolis

Minneapolis is an interesting city. World-class arts organizations such as Walker Art Center and Guthrie Theater call it their home as well as the largest indoor mall, the Mall of America.

Also, it’s home of the Target HQ. Wherever you go, you see the bulls eye. On our visit to the HQ last year, we visited the fanciest Target store ever… even had an organic produce section!

Target doesn’t mess around with its branding. Inside the HQ, all you see are red bull eyes, as if you might forget where you are, the logo is everywhere to remind you. There are companies and there are brands. You know what Target is. Poketo is thrilled to create a collection for one of the biggest brands in America. I will forego a sneak peek of our latest Poketo for Target collection for some pics from Target Land, Minnesota.

Here we are, having some fun inside The Guthrie Theater. This place is amazing.

Do you know you can find Poketo at Walker Art Center and ROBOTlove boutique?

Mall of America, there is an amusement park inside. Crazy.

Cabo to Playa de Tecolote

Beautiful, beautiful… from desert to beach, the drive from Cabo San Lucas to Playa de Tecolote is amazing. You pass through a couple of historic towns, Todos Santos (known for its incredible surfing) and La Paz. This time of year, it’s hot hot hot. Last we were there around this time, it was well over 100 degrees of dry and oppressive heat. But, the drive is amazing–narrow roads, valleys of cactus, desert,–and when you finally reach the Sea of Cortez and the turquoise waters of Playa de Tecolote…. amazing. Travel=Inspiration.
